Top Priorities
1. Look for long-term solutions--not band-aids. 2. Focus on creativity, facts and details--not verbiage, unsupported opinions and long meetings. 3. Keep the principles of "most practical" and "let common sense rule" front and center. 4. Stay disciplined--start and end on time, and document the nail-downs--Who's going to do what by when? 5. Hit the target--a well thought-out recommendation to the Trustees by 10-5-05.
